What is the 7-7-7 build cadence?
It's our build rhythm: roughly seven working days to a working MVP, seven more days to a beta, and seven more to polish and a security audit.
What does your process actually look like?

What SLA or uptime do you offer?
Our standard operating SLA is 99.99% uptime, with an emergency response tier available under a retained partnership.
How long do the systems you build actually last?
Our longest continuously running live site has been in production for 25+ years. We build for the codebase that still reads clearly years after launch, not for the demo.
Should I lease an AI agent or commission a custom build?
Leasing an agent means picking from ready-made tiers you can be running with quickly. A custom build is for cases the standard tiers don't cover — vertical-specific workflows, deep integration with legacy systems, on-prem deployment, or a genuinely bespoke agent — built specifically for you.
How do I start a project?
Describe the problem on the Start a Project page. All inbound is reviewed by a senior partner — the same person who scopes the engagement is the person who works on it.

Do you work with AI models and providers directly, or build your own?
Both, depending on the job. We integrate commercial frontier models, specialized models, open-source models, and locally operated AI, and we hold NVIDIA Developer Program and Google Developer Program membership.
What is Project Heliosphere?
Project Heliosphere is our early-stage research and development initiative exploring a portable, human-owned digital identity — built on open protocols such as AT Protocol — with permissions the individual controls, rather than any single platform or AI provider.
What happens after a project launches?
Launch is not the end. Most engagements convert to a retained partnership — a standing senior bench, quarterly roadmap reviews, and an emergency-response SLA.
Do you say no to projects?
Yes, on purpose. If we're not the right fit, we say so on the first call — taking on the wrong engagement costs everyone involved.
