What we build
Farrington Development builds CRM platforms, AI integrations, custom web applications, SaaS products, and modernized systems for businesses that need software matched to how they actually work — not the other way around.
The same principle runs through all of it: the person using the system, and the person the system serves, stays in control of it.
How we work
We build in the open, on a fixed cadence: roughly seven working days to a working MVP, seven more to a beta, and seven more to polish and a security audit. Weekly progress is visible, not promised.
Ship boring, durable software. Excitement is a feature of bad codebases — we optimize for code that still reads clearly years after launch.
Where this points next
Our Project Heliosphere research explores the same principle applied to digital identity: a person's data, relationships, and context should not become the permanent property of any one platform or AI provider. A person should be able to assign a research task to one AI system, development work to another, and sensitive processing to a private model — while keeping their own identity and context under their own control.
What we won't do
We say no, on purpose, when we're not the right fit — taking the wrong engagement costs everyone. We don't treat a client's accumulated data and history as something we, or any single platform, should permanently own.
