Q. Will my data be used to train models?
No. We deploy on infrastructure with contractual no-training clauses (OpenAI Enterprise, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic via API) or on-prem models where required.
Q. What about hallucinations?
Every production RAG or agent we ship has citation requirements, evaluation sets, and guardrails. We measure hallucination rate and won't ship above your acceptable threshold.
Q. Can you integrate AI with our existing CRM?
Yes. Most of our AI work lives inside an existing CRM — Salesforce Einstein extensions, HubSpot workflows with custom AI actions, Zoho Zia enhancements.
