Q. We have a technical founder — do we still need you?
Maybe not. Many great teams don't. We're most valuable when a technical founder has a specific capacity constraint (solo and burning out, or non-SaaS background) or a specific expertise gap (AI, compliance, infra).
Q. Can you help us through fundraising?
We've built the technical diligence deck for more Series A/B rounds than we can count. If a VC's technical diligence is coming, we can co-author the doc and take the call with you.
Q. How much of the code stays after you leave?
All of it. The whole point is that what we build outlives the engagement. Most of our 0→1 clients are still running the architecture we designed five years later.
Q. What's the minimum engagement?
$50k for a discovery + architecture sprint. Full product development starts around $200k.
